This is so right on time. My husband just texted me about being short on the rent and I'm worrying about gas money, to tithe tomorrow or hold on to this as gas money? I'm going to trust God! The cattle on a thousand hill belong to Him! All the silver and gold belong to Him! And if he takes care of the little sparrow, how much more will he take care of us?!?! I will be giving my 10% tomorrow.
Amen! I agree totally with you. We also have tithed since we got married and individually before that. God blesses us! We may not have everything that we want, but all our bills are paid on time and there is extra for wants, fun and giving! I love Dave Ramsey's advice but the most important is to rely on God and trust Him with your finances.
Malachi 3:10 says to prove him in this area of tithing and see if he doesn't open up His windows of Heaven and pour you out a blessing. I would love to hear how everything works out Valeda.
